Yesterday I have been in a photo exhibition of a canadian artist, Benoit Paillé. He shoots great images at night, where the more important character is the light. Strange young people appears in this scenes full of surrealism, between dreams and reality.

The light seems  natural but the images are manipulated in post production. I guess this is a hard work in photoshop.

I meet the photographer and we had a little talk, he told me that he try to realized natural photography, what he see is what he try to put in the photographic paper.

When I look his photography I think an Gregory Crewdson and an the paintures of Hopper.
